Meptagon Group in collaboration with IN.P.C. continues to expand its activities to new districts around the globe. Advanced Technologies Division’s managers have just finalized a fruitful week of business meetings on security and control systems, in Milan, Italy. Some of the meetings were held at the Emerson facility and others with and local contractors to discuss future collaborations.
Meptagon’s Group Advanced Technologies Division completed a successful and fruitful week in Ireland, A business agreement and local corporation was signed between STANLEY Security Ireland and Meptagon Group. The trend of expanding operations worldwide, continues.
80 distinguished guests from Israel and Ireland attended the “Irish and Israeli Perspectives on National Cyber Strategies” event. The joint and unique event of Ireland Israel Business and Cyber Ireland was hosting Israeli and Irish experts who shared their knowledge and strategy. Special guest speaker was Mr. Buky Carmeli, Former Director General of the Israel National Cyber Security Authority. Cyber experts from the Advanced Technologies Division at Meptagon Group, presented their vision and experience on cyber security in OT (operations technology) systems. Meptagon, as one of the event sponsors, is welcoming the warm relations between two countries and communities.
Meptagon Group, among various industries, is also active in the food industry. This time in the vegetarian/vegan sector! Meptagon finalized a control valve system set up, a mechanical computer which includes a manifold valve utilizing the pressure air tank frame for Soy Magic, a soy food products manufacturer. So the next time you eat soy products, remember that we also contributed to the process.
Leviathan, the largest energy project in the history of Israel, is a strategic anchor for the Israeli market. The natural gas reservoir was discovered in 2010, by a numerous companies and is currently managed by Noble Energy. Beyond the enormous financial investment, estimated at over 13 billion NIS for the first phase, the project is considered as a complex one. Its location starts 130km from Haifa shore and is centered 10km west to it. The natural gas barge was established by teams from 24 countries around the globe. Meptagon Group was selected, by the construction companies which are involved in this project, local and global, in order to implement the strategic vision. Meptagon through its electrical, instrumentation and control department is providing a professional electrical infrastructure for hundreds of operating systems according to Israeli electricity standards. Becoming Global! now in India. Meptagon Group is expanding it’s engineering activities in India. We are moving to our new offices in Sigma Soft Tech Park located in Whitefield Bangalore, India. As part of the operations expansion in India, we recruited one more professional engineer and audited the engineering team, which was very successful. We are so excited!
Meptagon’s Group engineering division together with the production plant has won the next prototype design and development project for H2PRO company. H2PRO specializes in developing an innovative, clean, efficient and safe technology of hydrogen production for future vehicles. A second prototype is on its way to be produced and the third one will be the following, in a very short time. The 3D design was done with CADWorx Plant Professional, No doubt it will be interesting…
In northern Israel, at the Ziporit industrial park in Nazrat Illit, the Advanced Technologies division has designed and installed an access-control system at the offices of Magam Safety.
In the south, the archive project at Ramat Hovav industrial park has also drawn to a close with the installation of Meptagon-designed systems for access-control and intercom and a vehicle access BLE system.

Osem has opened its new Bamba (peanut butter puffs) plant in Kiryat Gat. Meptagon Group was actively involved in installing the Osem production lines in the new plant. In a fruitful collaboration between the two companies, the mechanical & pipework and instruments & control departments in our Contracting Division have been providing ongoing support for this project for the past 14 months. Dozens of our employees worked on installing the production lines and infrastructure completing a complex project on a tight schedule. By integrating our teams early in the implementation we were able to contribute Meptagon experience and knowledge-based solutions right from the start. Production line capacity is one million bags of Bamba a day, and this is expected to expand to a million and half a day by the end of this year. Look out for the new visitor’s center expected to open later this year, where you will be able to take a peek at the production lines we installed.
